James' RV Park, is a registered DBA in Tyler County as of February 4, 2021, organized in the
State of Texas. James McInnis owns 100% of the business. The principal place of business for James' RV Park is 21245 FM 92 S, Fred, TX. The facility will have suitable space and utilities capable of supporting its efforts and will provide easy access to the customers from both shortterm and long-term rentals.
Although James' RV Park is a new business, the owner has the experience of an entrepreneurial family behind him. James has the objective and enthusiasm to be more than a great temporary lodging for recreational vehicles. He plans to provide spacious accommodations with stable utilities and inclusive trash service. This and the property location will serve him well in this RV rental property business.
Preparing to launch the business, the owner developed substantial research related to the viability, need, demand, operational difficulty and opportunity relative to the business. Areas assessed include competition, financial aspects, start-up/operational costs, risk analysis, customer demographics, marketing, availability or skilled personnel and economic/societal tendencies.

Here at James' RV Park we're offering all hookups included; being electric, water, and sewer. We also have a dumpster onsite and we take care of all lawn care. We offer rates for long term, month to month, even weekly to nightly rates to accommodate.
